This blog was created in 31/12/22 as my journal entry to record my 30 kg weight loss for the next 3 months My weight now is: 101.7 kg.
My whole body is aching. Must be a virus. Thank goodness there is no fever.
This I have to fight. Tomorrow I will clean up and cut my nails. I need to be ready for the Van Gogh exhibition.
