This is a very long race. I'm not [43] going to push myself. Just take it easy until I develop the stamina. That will be for the whole month of January.
Today, I will do 2MEH after lunch. Whatever makes sense.
My first priority is to establish a sleep routine. Then do away with 3-in-1 Coffee, until I finally can consistently walk am/pm
Not hard at all. Just need patience, persistence, perseverance, and consistency. I also need motivation, enthusiasm, and the right attitude.
