 I may not follow it, but I definitely need a point of reference.

Let's be realistic about it.  I really enjoy the 3-in-1 coffee and I love nasi lemak.  This gout will only disappear if I lose weight.

So yeah, I need the 2023 Framework.  I still need the 30 kg target.

Which means I will go easy on the exercise but really watch what I eat.

Skipping breakfast is a good idea. 

So is eating one serving of rice

So is eating oatmeal

I still need to fight Sugar and Flour

The single biggest culprit is 3-in-1 Coffee

OK, Sarah...  Let's chat.

All matters pertaining *[] (to) External Affairs had been resolved.  It's a matter of whether you all want to do it or not.

* Now it is about Personal Affairs.

That is a question of Health and Happiness.

The key to the Universe Within is none other than diet and exercise.

If that is the condition, then I knew well my enemy.  It is an old nemesis by the name of SSIDSLIP.

I can call it *tru[]e (truce) with SSIDSLIP and make it my pet.

* I should say that.

In my case the answer lies in Sharudin 7.
