It was a stupid mistake. My pledge is to avoid stupid mistakes this year. I will correct this most glaring stupid mistake.
I am supposed to be relentless this year.
So far so good, The obvious marker is the weight loss. Skipping breakfast is the most obvious reason. It is very motivating to see that I am progressing.
I need to battle SSIDSLIP.
I only have 3 tracks to follow:
- No 3 C's
- No Sugar and Flour
- 2023 Resolution
- Wake up at 7:30 am
- Brisk Walk: 8:00 am - 9:00 am
- ACV at 10:00 am
- OMEH and 2MEH: 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Oatmeal Lunch at 12:00 noon
- Siesta: 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm
- Brisk Walk: 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
- No Rice Meal Dinner at 8:00 pm
- Sleep at 10:00 pm
So out of the 9 resolutions, I need to tackle the first resolution first.
