This blog was created in 31/12/22 as my journal entry to record my 30 kg weight loss for the next 3 months My weight now is: 101.7 kg.
Therefore I end up eating Nasi Lemak at 8:30 am. Thus I'll do Mall Walk at 10:30 am. Then only I'll do lunch.
THE KEY IS IN MOVING.
Yesterday was a good session. I'll repeat it again today.
