12/1/23 ***Enough of goofing around

 Today I am ready to execute Superset 9 as per standard.  What is not standard is lunch.  I had Paprika Pumpkin Seed and Butter Bun.  Both border around junk food.

I want to find out how much junk can I eat before I exercise.  Should I push my limit?

I stick to the fundamentals.
