Can these be coincidences? Of two words? What are the odds?
Well, I say it is no[w] (not) a coincidence because I was cued to look for the word mallard before that through a flash of thought. Then the word duck came into a song.
As for edge, I was reading it when the DJ mentioned it.
I don't believe in such a common occurrence. Therefore it is a human intervention.
