24/3/23 ^^^ Rightfully my focus is on completing the 21 km Hill Run

 I have a very long way to go.  My aim is to complete Phase I, 11 km Hill Walk by Syawal.  Nothing else matters.

Leave all the entanglements behind.  You are not 1 out of 100, the warrior for nothing.  Stay on course.  You only have issues in three areas; diet, exercise, and sleep.

Keep pushing the limit.

Let's say all this while I was on the path of errors.  Will it continue to be a path of error, or is it leading toward correction?

I have to switch from carbs adapted to fat adapted WITHIN 2 weeks.

This is about bouncing back.  I have to fight SSID SLIP.

I have to prove to Man Sungkai that I can be thin.

All it takes is four weeks.
