24/3/23 *** If I want to weight 60 kg, running AHAD and eating OMAD, I have to persist for 2 weeks

 The body will adapt.  I am counting on autophagy.

I need to clean my body of glucose and uric acid.

Everything I do is toward fighting diseases.

FOOD!  OMG, what nourishes me destroys me.

Avoid at all costs the 3-in-1 Coffee.

I was supposed to quit refined carbs in 2021.  It is tougher than quitting cigarettes.

The problem is we cannot differentiate between glucose and fructose.  So to be safe, just stay away from 3-in-1 coffee.

My mind and me, we don't get along sometimes.

Aaahh, Lizzie's cooking...  It is always worth the wait.

My battle is not with fasting.  My battle is with dopamine fluctuation.

#traxxfm Hi bebe... Ever since the new crew stepped in, we had been out of sync. I like it when you fly solo. At times things do get crowded.  

This Ramadan I do OMAD. I still scale Bukit Kiara in the morning. So it's a double whammy. I have to.


#traxxfm I am trying to back to this weight. In my case, it is a drastic measure. My weight stalled for th past 6 months. I am experiencing hyperinsulinemia. Damn the medication.
