22/3/23 &&& This couple of days I eat, sleep, eat, sleep as if that is my business

Ramadan is normally a bane for me.  This Ramadan my commitment is to OMAD.  I will still do the hill walk.

My commitment is to do [w]ill (hill) walk every day during Ramadan until I lose 20 kg.

It [] (is) quit cigarettes, quit dope, quit sugar, quit flour, quit 3-in-1 coffee, and quit Nasi Lemak Ramadan.  For that one month, I'll be the Marathon Monk of Mount Hiei. 

I am going to be in isolation again.

My victory begins with Ramadan 2023.

I realize that as I sleep more,  I feel better.  Now is to eat right.

My key to success is to SLEEP WELL.

This Ramadan, I have to face my darkest demon, depression.  No matter what, I will not break the routine.  No matter what, this Ramadan will be my foundation for OMAD.

If I can survive the first two weeks the rest of the month will be a breeze.

Therefore beginning today, my goal is towards running the 21 km.  It starts with my ability to walk Bukit Kiara on daily basis.  NO EXCUSE.

The only wa[s] (way) to beat depression is to EXERCISE.
