I am on track. I exercise AHAD and I am on OMAD.
I am on my way to becoming a Marathon Monk.
I should exercise AHAD and eat OMAD for the rest of my life.
Also no refined carbs.
A GOOD BODY is the best revenge.
With a good body, you can be dressed up in anything and you still look good. That cut-off point is 70 kg.
I passed that mark by a container of rice.
Waging war on fat is a serious business, especially with the plethora of medications I am taking right now.
