I had been bitten by the cigarette bug. I got to shake it off before it creeps into my life again.
So here I am, God and everything, what else do I want? Nothing... I just want to run, run, and run.
Specifically at Bukit Kiara.
I have no big plans. For the next 18 years, I want to stay put in my 5 km radius and occasionally run Bukit Kiara.
Sweat and good food. I got it here.
Once I become an avid runner again, I only eat healthily again.
Even now I am saying goodbye to Nasi Lemak, 3-in-1 Coffee and refined carbs.
