This is the ideal life; AHAD and OMAD. As a bonus, I do the 30-minute elliptical before dinner. That's all it takes to have a fulfilled life.
AHAD and OMAD are the very basics. The rest are abstinence.
I need to improve my relationship with food.
I don't eat to make me feel good. I eat to nourish myself.
Sugar is the most addictive substance. Sugar is poison.
This year's resolution is to avoid sugar and flour.
This is the way I like it. Keep it really small. After all, I got it made. Just follow where the argument leads.
Now, I am ready for Voluntary Simplicity.
