I should not exercise at the mall except when it rains.
I need to overcome inertia. I need to move more.
To be a Marathon Monk, I need to think, feel, and do the Marathon Monk.
I cannot be isolated in CCC and expect to be able to run 21 km Hill next year just like that
The training starts [now] now. Everything counts; from the diet, to exercise, and sleep.
My mindset is the mindset of a monk. This means it is back to soshin and then noshin.
As of today, I am a white belt again. I shall embrace the kata of the Marathon Monk.
Fewer stimulants from the external world. I am now being initiated into the life of a Marathon Monk.
I have to raise my standard. My mind and body are now in unison.
I will not think dishonestly. Most importantly I will be true to myself.
I want this. I want to live in isolation and I want to eradicate myself from all possible contaminants. Namely what I put in my body.
Ultimately I shall become the Marathon Monk of Bukit Kiara. However, I know my limit. I shall stop at 21 km. If anybody can do the full marathon there, let him be the King of the Hill. Max, I will do 30 km.
