The elliptical starts tonight at 9:30 pm
I need to break the curse of 100 kg.
This Ramadan I aim for 80 kg. What is more important is for me to maintain the lifestyle of the Marathon Monk of Mount Hiei.
This is my decision today. From this point on I just dedicate myself to being a Marathon Monk.
