I feel sleepy and fatigued but I must persist. Already I skipped the Hill Walk because I was so sleepy.
I still drank 3-in-1 coffee last night. This is a real battle. It begins with forgetting the taste of Nasi Lemak to the non-dependency of 3-in-1 coffee.
I have many many errors in my life. Now is about eliminating the errors.
It can be done. From exercising daily to OMAD to reducing spending. All can be achieved. The key is dopamine. Once I regulate dopamine I am home-free.
Correct all the mistakes.
For that, I will persist.
Hang on for a week and see if I can fight all these. This is the most crucial part of the whole battle.
I will only experience this discomfort for a week or two.
I have this urge to eat either lasagna or sushi.
